Nadeem A. Khan serves as Operations Manager for Almajdouie De Rijke Logistics Company (MdR – joined in 2010). He is also supporting Business growth and expansion division, Nadeem is closely supporting to the organization in different Task Force groups. Nadeem is an active member of PMI.
Nadeem done Masters in Int’l Relations from Pakistan university of Karachi. He still has a warm heart for the academic world and successfully completed multiple SC E2E industrial simulations models.
He has 20 years professional career with multiple Logistics service provider companies in different countries respectively in Pakistan and GCC serving in logistics operations, supporting entire supply chain from feedstock, manufacturing, inventory and product delivery to end customers. Managing products delivery at shortest lead-time, best quality and lowest cost on a safest manner is always his key-drive.
He strong believes by using the modern technology we can optimize resources to improve E2E Supply chain and by doing the sensitivity analysis (Industrial simulation) to identify bottlenecks in material, information, and product flows to reduce Capex & Opex. Both for existing operations and green-field designs, conducting optimization studies can provide significant cost reduction along the logistic chain.
With increasing plant design and investments in the Kingdom, he believes that successful optimization can save the industry millions of dollars, hence increasing the competitiveness of the PC industry as global supplier.
