Imran Dassu is a partner in the London office and a leader in the strategic operations practice. He joined Kearney in 2001. Imran works with organizations across a range of industries to help them generate significantly greater value from procurement and supplier relationships. His core focus is on ESG related challenges, helping organizations shape sustainability objectives and accelerate their transition by advancing operational changes.

He has led programs across industrial sectors – consumer, retail, healthcare, financial services, utilities and PE – with a range of clients across Middle-East, Europe, US, Africa and Asia.  Most organisations have committed to plans to drive improvements in their ESG impact – Imran works with these organisations to help them shape clear objectives, to better understand limitations and to develop plans to meet their ambition.

He leads Kearney’s support to the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society – Kearney is the Knowledge Partner to the Women4Business Daring Circle, an innovative cross-industry group across leading businesses, policymakers, NGOs and academia working to increase diversity in supply chains.

Imran has written several papers on sustainability and related topics and collaborated with the University of Tennessee’s renowned Haslam School on sustainability in supply chains.
